Men's Group
A safe place for men to sit down and talk about barriers in their lives, triggers and strategies.
Wednesdays from 12pm. Play chess, listen to music, read a book or try some art.
Women's Group
A safe place for females to sit down and talk about barriers in their lives, how they can help each. Listen to music, do some art or just a chat and coffee.
Thursday from 11.00.Golden Oldies Group:
Come and have a hot drink, something to eat and a chat with our volunteers. Learn how to use your phone. Any day any time.Learner's License:
Come down and join us at table of knowledge and get your licence. Any day, starts at 10am.
